Jewelry Care

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry over time, we recommend the following care tips:

1. Storage

Wipe jewelry with a soft cloth and store it in a jewelry case or sealed bag.

Keep Sterling Silver(Silver 925) away from air and moisture; avoid humid places like bathrooms and direct sunlight.

2. Wear & Use

Apply perfumes, lotions, or sprays before wearing jewelry.

Avoid contact with sweat, salt, or chemicals to prevent tarnishing.

Jewelry may naturally tarnish or get damaged over time with use. Silver 925, in particular, can lose its shine over time, so regular checks and cleaning by a professional will help maintain its cleanliness and luster.

3. Cleaning

Use a polishing cloth for minor tarnish.

For severe tarnish, use a silver cleaner or consult a professional.

4. Sterling Silver(Silver 925) Characteristics

Sterling Silver is a premium material composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, widely used in jewelry making.

Sterling Silver is soft and prone to scratches and deformation. Handle carefully and avoid impact. Regular maintenance preserves its original luster.

TIP: FIXING ONE-TOUCH EARRING ISSUES

Most BMTL earring posts are made of Silver 925 to minimize allergies. Silver’s softness may cause slight deformation, leading to closure issues. This is a natural occurrence due to the physical properties of silver and is not a defect in the product.

How to Fix

1. Gently adjust the post up or down to align with the clasp.

2. If the adjustment is done right, the earring should click when properly closed.

*Caution*

• Avoid using excessive force.

• If the product temperature is too cold, warm the post with your hands before adjusting.

If the method does not resolve the issue, contact BMTL Customer Service for further assistance.
