Is BMTL the same brand as Babymetal?
Yes, BMTL originated from the jewelry brand Babymetal, which launched in 2023.
The brand has been operating under the new name BMTL since 2024, continuing in the same direction.

 

 

SHIPPING

(Domestic Orders)
Orders completed before 11:00 AM on weekdays are shipped the same day, subject to volume and circumstances.

· Courier : CJ Logistics

· Shipping fee : 3,000KRW (Free for orders over 100,000KRW)

· Details:

    1. Delivery is available nationwide; additional fees may apply for remote areas.
    2. Delivery takes 1–3 business days from the shipping date (excluding weekends and holidays).

    EXCHANGE / RETURN

    How do I process an exchange or return?
    Within 7 days of delivery, contact us via [Channel Talk] or email at [info@baby-metal.com] with:

    1. Order Number
    2. Purchaser’s name and contact info

    What are the non-exchangeable/non-returnable cases?

    1. Items sent without prior notice or request.
    2. Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, or odors.
    3. Requests made after 7 days from delivery.


    What are the shipping fees for exchanges/returns?

    (Domestic Orders)
    · Exchange

      Via CJ Logistics: 6,000KRW for retrieving and shipping new itemVia other courier: 3,000KRW for shipping new item

      · Return

      Orders under 100,000KRW: 3,000KRW deducted from the refund. (return-shipping via CJ Logistics)
      Orders over 100,000KRW: 6,000KRW deducted from the refund. (return-shipping via CJ Logistics)

      * In case of exchange or return due to BMTL's fault, such as incorrect delivery or defective product, no delivery fee will be charged.

      How does the After-sales Service process work?
      After receiving details on costs and timelines, decide whether to proceed. Products sent without prior consultation will be returned.
